Stack's Bowers November 2025 Collectors Choice sale, lot 76076

This specimen was lot 76076 in Stack's Bowers Collectors Choice sale (Costa Mesa, CA, November 2025), where it sold for $85. The catalog description^[1] noted, "ALBANIA. 10 Leke, 1970. Budapest Mint. ICG PROOF-65 Deep Cameo." This date comes with (KM 50.4, shown here) or without (KM 50.3) a hallmark to the left of the date. This design commemorating the 500th anniversary of the death of Albanian hero Skanderbeg was also struck in 1968 and 1969.
