Albania 1969 20 qindarka

from the Mountain Groan Collection

This specimen was issued by Albania to honor the 25th anniversary of liberation from Nazi occupation. No additional twenty qindarka coins appeared until 1988. Albania threw off Communist rule in 1992 but remains backward and corrupt.

Specification: 1.6 g, aluminum, 22 mm diameter.
