This specimen was lot 804 in Stephen Album sale 32 (Santa Rosa, CA, September 2018), where it sold for $105.75. The catalog description^[1] noted, "AFGHANISTAN: Abdur Rahman, 1880-1901, AR 5 rupees, AH1316 year 3, VF to EF." This one year type is not priced as rare but is seldom seen. A silver rupee (KM 830) also exists for AH 1318.
