This specimen was lot 24857 in Heritage sale 3026 (Long Beach, October 2013), where it sold for $940. The catalog description[1] noted, "George I Farthing 1723, 2nd Issue, MS65 RB PCGS, quite boldly struck from old dies, mottled brown reverse but the obverse shows some red color and is lovely. If you want a good portrait of George I in copper, this coin may be just the ticket." This type was struck 1719-24 and is common up thru Fine condition.
