This specimen was lot 2077 in Jean Elsen sale 162 (Brussels, June 2025), where it sold for €1,500 (about US$2,079 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,

"RUSSIE, République (1991-), AV 100 roubles, 2002. Trésor des Scythes à l'Hermitage. Encapsulé. Écrin. Titre 0,900. (republic of Russia, since 1991, gold 100 rubles of 2002, the treasure of the Scythians. With capsule and box, Proof.)"

Numista comments, "The New Hermitage opened on February 5 (February 17 New Style) is the first public museum of the world art in Russia. The building of the New Hermitage was erected in 1839-1852 by architect Leo von Klenze specially for keeping the museum's collections of works of art."
