This specimen is lot 2635 in UBS sale 84 (Basel, January 2010). The catalog description[1] noted, "BRAZIL. João V. 1706-1750. 6400 Reis 1750, Rio. Laureate bust right, date below. Rev. Crowned shield of arms. Minor scratches. Good extremely fine." This type was struck 1731-50 and is among the more available colonial gold coins of Brazil.
