This specimen was lot 30571 in Heritage sale 3049 (Long Beach, September 2016), where it sold for $2,350. The catalog description[1] noted, "Victoria 10 Cents 1881-H MS64 NGC, Heaton mint. Visually unmatched, this small specimen struck a the Heaton mint features the beautifully-styled portrait of Victoria sitting atop surfaces that glow with full-bodied, magenta luster. Presently the finest certified example of the date/mintmark by NGC and very intriguing as such. From the Reverend Dr. James G.K. McClure Collection." This is a fairly common date of a type struck 1858, 1870-75, 1880-1901.
