This specimen was lot 4626 in Goldberg sale 80 (Los Angeles, June 2014), where it sold for $353. The catalog description[1] noted, "Russia. ½ Kopek, 1925. Union of Soviet Socialist Repu[b]lics. PCGS graded MS-64+ Red and Brown." This denomination was struck by the Communists 1925-28 only and is rather scarce.

Recorded mintage: 45,380,000.
