This specimen was lot 1927 in Goldberg sale 128 (Los Angeles, June 2022), where it did not sell. The catalog description[1] noted, "Great Britain. Farthing, 1892. Victoria. Uncirculated with some mint red. A scarcer date. NGC graded MS-63 Brown." This type was introduced in 1860 with a slightly modified obverse used 1874-95. Numerous varieties exist, some rare. This is a common date. The Heaton mint contributed farthings, halfpence and pence in 1874-76 and 1881-82.
Recorded mintage: 887,000 plus proofs.
