This specimen was lot 71031 in Stack's Bowers Collector's Choice sale (Santa Ana, CA, May 2018), where it did not sell. The catalog description[1] noted, "HONDURAS. 4 Reales, 1855-TG. NGC VF-30. 'HOND' in legend. No remaining silver wash. Attractive chocolate patina, well centered obverse. EX: Richard Stuart Collection." This type was struck 1853-55 with a nominal silver wash. The last 4 reales was struck in 1857.
