This specimen was lot 4880 in Künker sale 335 (Osnabruck, Germany, March 2020), where it sold for €6,500 (about US$8,506 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"RÖMISCH-DEUTSCHES REICH. DIE ÖSTERREICHISCHEN STANDESHERREN, PAAR, FÜRSTENTUM, Wenzel, 1792-1812. Konv.-Taler 1794, Wien. RR Nur 250 Exemplare geprägt. Feine Patina, winz. Schrötlingsfehler am Rand, vorzüglich +. (Holy Roman Empire, principality of Paar, Wenceslas, 1792-1812, convention thaler of 1794, Vienna mint. Rare, only 250 pieces struck, fine patina, edge bumps, extremely fine or better.)"
Other Austrian princes, such as Lobkowitz and Orsini-Rosenburg, exercised their mint right in the 1790's.
