This specimen was lot 23212 in Stack's Bowers ANA Auction (Denver, CO, August 2017), where it sold for $763.75. The catalog description[1] noted, "SCOTLAND. 30 Shillings, ND (1637-42). Charles I (1625-49). PCGS EF-45 Secure Holder. Nicely toned with good eye appeal." Numerous varieties exist of this type (KM-87, -88, -90, -91).
