Hungary 1744-KB ducat Fr-180

This specimen was lot 1599 in Sincona sale 90 (Zürich, May 2024), where it sold for 800 CHF (about US$1,057 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"RDR / ÖSTERREICH, Maria Theresia, 1740-1780. Dukat 1744 KB, Kremnitz. Gutes sehr schön. (Holy Roman Empire, Maria Theresia, 1740-80, ducat of 1744, Kremnitz mint. Good very fine.)"
This ducat was minted without change 1741-45 in sufficient numbers to be considered common. It was struck specifically for Hungary. The obverse was modified in 1746 to include her title as empress of Germany.
