Sincona sale 84, lot 310

This specimen was lot 310 in Sincona sale 84 (Zurich, October 2023), where it sold for 150 CHF (about US$202 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,

"RUSSIA Russian Empire and Federation, 20 Kopecks 1834, St. Petersburg Mint, SPB NG. About extremely fine."

This type was struck 1832-58 and is common tho individual dates may be scarce.

Recorded mintage: 320,000.

Specification: 4.14 g, 0.868 fine silver, this specimen 4.07 g.
