This specimen was lot 4142 in Sincona sale 43 (Zurich, October 2017), where it sold for 160 CHF (about US$191 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"Stadt und Kanton Basel, 3 Batzen 1810. Basel. FDC. Kleiner Schrötlingsfehler. Feine Patina. NGC MS64. (city and canton of Basel, three batzen of 1810. Uncirculated, Minor planchet defect, Nicely toned.)"
This type was struck 1809-10 and is the final issue of this denomination.
