This specimen was lot 441 in Sincona sale 84 (Zürich, October 2023), where it sold for 350 CHF (about US$471 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"RUSSIA Russian Empire and Federation, 20 Kopecks 1870, St. Petersburg Mint, SPB NI. NGC MS64+. Nicely toned."
In 1867, the weight of the twenty kopeks was reduced from 4.14 g, 0.750 fine silver to 3.60 g, 0.500 fine silver and struck in that form until the collapse of the regime. None were made 1894-1900.
Recorded mintage: 16,255,000.
