This specimen was lot 36605 in Stack's Bowers ANA sale (Chicago, August 2022), where it sold for $312. The catalog description[1] noted, "SWITZERLAND. Schaffhausen. Dicken, 1617. NGC MS-65." This type was struck 1611-21 and is essentially unknown better than Very Fine. A klippe version (KM 23) also exists. The dicken traded for 24 kreuzer. The city arms depict an ibex leaping, sometimes by itself or out of a castle window (as here).
