This specimen was lot 327 in Sincona sale 84 (Zürich, October 2023), where it sold for 90 CHF (about US$121 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"RUSSIA Russian Empire and Federation, 25 Kopecks 1838, St. Petersburg Mint, SPB NG. Very fine. Ink number on obverse. From the Soedermann Collection."
This type was struck 1832-58 and this assayer, Nikolai Grachev, is listed for 1825-41.
