This specimen was lot 1939 in Sincona sale 11 (Zurich, May 2013), where it sold for 180 CHF (about US$223 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"ITALIEN Venedig Giovanni II. Corner, 1709-1722. Scudo della croce o. J. Sigle A M. Sehr schön. (republic of Venice, doge Giovanni Corner II, 1709-22, scudo 'of the cross,' very fine.)"
This fairly scarce type is not dated but as Giovanni II Corner ruled 1709-22, one can identify it as to period. The SCWC notes that the scudo varied between 31.83 g and 30.66 g in the eighteenth century. It had a face value of seven lire.
