This specimen was lot 1186 in Sincona sale 69 (Zurich, May 2021), where it sold for 3,400 CHF (about US$4,513 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"RUSSLAND. Alexander I. 1801-1825. Poltina 1819, St. Petersburg. NGC MS63. Überdurchschnittliche Erhaltung. (empire of Russia, Alexander I, 1801-25, poltina of 1819, St. Petersburg mint. Choice uncirculated, Extraordinary condition.)"
This type is listed for 1810-26 and is somewhat available in circulated condition. This date is common but a rare variety exists with no initials for mintmaster Paul Stupitzyn.
