This specimen was lot 33609 in Heritage sale 3064 (Chicago, April 2018), where it sold for $1,146. The catalog description[1] noted, "Republic gold 1500 Piso 1982-FM PR69 Ultra Cameo NGC, Franklin mint. A bright, flashy piece struck to commemorate the 40th anniversary of the [battle of] Bataan-Corregidor." The NCLT was the last issue of this denomination.

Recorded mintage: 1,000 plus 445 proofs.

Specification: 9.76 g, .900 fine gold, AGW 0.2830 oz.
