The Bishopric of Breslau was an ecclesiastical state in Silesia and usually ruled by a Hapsburg client from 1526 until its conquest by Frederick the Great in 1741. Breslau issued a long series of ducats and multiple ducats, all rare. This one is not listed in Friedberg or the SCWC.
Recorded mintage: unknown, perhaps unique.
Specification: 35 g, 0.986 fine gold, 1.11 troy oz AGW; this specimen is 34,74 g.
