Very bold full final two digits of date with very clear double overdate (first we have seen or heard of), also full oMD with clear D/F, good full shield and cross but peripheries flat, Fine with encrustation in crevices." This specimen is a silver cob two reales struck at Mexico City 1607-20. Specimens with clear dates are unusual. In 1728, cobs were debased from .931 to .917 fine silver.
