This specimen was lot 4310 in Künker sale 406 (Osnabrück, March 2024), where it sold for €320 (about US$420 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"NÜRNBERG, STADT, 1/21 Taler (Groschen) 1552, mit Titel Karls V. RR Hübsche Patina, sehr schön-vorzüglich. (Germany, city of Nuremberg, groschen or 1/21 thaler of 1552, struck in the name of Charles V. Very rare, handsome patina, very fine to extremely fine.)"
The groschen was normally three kreuzer or 1/20 gulden, so we don't know the reason for the odd fraction but the "21" on the orb on the reverse clearly shows that was what was intended.
Recorded mintage: unknown.
Specification: silver, this specimen 2,17 g.
