Sincona sale 65, lot 193

This specimen was lot 193 in Sincona sale 65 (Zurich, October 2020), where it did not sell. The catalog description[1] noted,

"20 Kopecks 1837, St. Petersburg Mint, SPB NG. Very rare as a proof. Attractive toning. NGC PF65 CAMEO. (20 копеек 1837, СПб МД, СПБ НГ. Биткин 318. Очень редкие в исполнении пруф. This type was struck 1832-58 and this is a fairly common date.
