This specimen was lot 1636 in Sincona sale 59 (Zürich, October 2019), where it sold for 300 CHF (about US$363 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"ITALY | Maccagno, Giacomo III. Mandelli (1618-1645). Sesino o. J. Maccagnio. IACOBVS MANDEL C M Büste nach rechts. Rv. AAVXILIVM MEVA A DNO Lilienkreuz. Sehr selten. Sehr schön. (Italy, lordship of Maccagno, Jacob III Mandelli, 1618-45, undated sesino, Maccagno mint. Obverse: bust right; reverse: floriate cross. Very rare, Very fine.)"
