This specimen was lot 50159 in Ponterio sale 168 (Philadelphia, August 2012), where it sold for $899. The catalog description[1] noted, "GREAT BRITAIN. Sovereign, 1891. NGC MS-63. Jubilee bust." This type was struck 1887-92 in considerable numbers. It is known as the "Jubilee bust" as the obverse was introduced on the fiftieth anniversary of Victoria's reign. This date is common.

Specification: 7.98 g, .917 fine gold.
