This specimen was lot 3447 in Sincona sale 70 (Zurich, May 2021), where it sold for 100 CHF (about US$133 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"SWITZERLAND | Lucerne | Stadt und Kanton. Batzen 1813, Luzern. Vorzüglich-fast FDC. (Switzerland, canton of Lucerne, Extremely fine-about uncirculated.)"
This one year type is noted as fairly common.
