This specimen was lot 56660 in Stack's Bowers ANA sale (Pittsburgh, PA, August 2023), where it sold for $100. The catalog description[1] noted, "IRAN. 2000 Dinars (1/5 Toman), AH 1343 (1924). Tehran Mint. Ahmad Shah. PCGS AU-58." This tiny gold coin was struck AH 1332-1343; this denomination was also struck in silver.
Recorded mintage: unknown.
Specification: 0.57 g, 0.900 fine gold, 14 mm diameter.
