This specimen was lot 34151 in Heritage sale 3082 (New York, January 2020), where it sold for $312. The catalog description[1] noted, "Great Britain: Edward VII Shilling 1906 MS65 NGC. A laudable representative with mottled patina over silvery white surfaces." This type was struck 1902-10 in substantial numbers but nice specimens are scarce.

Recorded mintage: 10,791,000.

Specification: 5.66 g, 0.925 fine silver, 23.5 mm diameter.
