This specimen was lot 44117 in Stack's Bowers ANA sale (Costa Mesa, CA, August 2021), where it sold for $110. The catalog description[1] noted, "BULGARIA. 5 Stotinki, 1913. Vienna Mint. Ferdinand I. NGC MS-64. A sharply struck coin with silky luster and a hint of toning color in the fields." This type was struck 1906 and 1912-13 and is common.
Recorded mintage: 20,000,000.
Specification: 3 g, copper-nickel, 17 mm diameter.
