Sincona sale 33, lot 3225

This specimen was lot 3225 in Sincona sale 33 (Zurich, October 2016), where it did not sell. The catalog description[1] noted,

"RUMÄNIEN. Carol I. 1866-1914 1 Leu 1901. Hamburg. Gutes vorzüglich. (Romania, Carol I, 1866-1914, one leu of 1901, Hamburg mint. Good extremely fine.)"

This type is noted for 1894 and 1900-01 and is fairly expensive in nice condition.
