This specimen was lot 1224 in Jean Elsen sale 115 (Brussels, December 2012) where it sold for €300 (about US$458 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,

"NEDERLAND, OVERIJSSEL, Philips II (1555-1581), AR Philipsdaalder, 1563, Hasselt. Droit: Geharnast bb. l. Revers: Gekroond wapenschild op een Bourgondisch kruis tussen twee vuurijzers. Krasjes. Mooie patina. Ex HSA 6961. Zeer Fraai. (Netherlands, province of Overijssel, Philip II (1555-81), thaler/écu of 1563, Hasselt mint. Obverse: armored bust to left; reverse: crowned arms over a Burgundian cross between two jewels. Scratched, nice patina, very fine.)"

Overijssel went on to issue many coins as part of the independent Netherlands until the time of Napoleon.
