This specimen was lot 1342 in Sincona sale 90 (Zurich, May 2024), where it sold for 11,000 CHF (about US$14,536 including buyer's fees). The catalog description<sup>[1]</sup> noted, <blockquote>"East [[India]] Company [[India, Bengal Presidency|Bengal Presidency]]. 1 Mohur 1195 AH / Year 23, Allahabad. In the name of Shah 'Alam II (1759-1806). Mint mark "star" on obverse and mint mark "fish" on reverse. ''Sehr selten. NGC MS64. Überdurchschnittliche Erhaltung.'' (Very rare, Extraordinary condition.)"</blockquote> Wikipedia comments, "Prayagraj, formerly known as Allahabad or Ilahabad, is a metropolis in the Indian state of Uttar Pradesh." The town was not renamed until 2018 as part of a government campaign to erase all traces of Muslim influence. This mint is not recroded in the SCWC or Friedberg and this coin may actually have been made in Benares. Benares has a fish/sunburst mintmark but was struck AH 1199-1213.
