This specimen was lot 779 in Jean Elsen sale 124 (Brussels, March 2015), where it did not sell. The catalog description[1] noted,

"VLAANDEREN, Graafschap, Philips II (1555-1598), AR vijfde Philipsdaalder, 1566, Brugge. Droit: Geharnast bb. radié. Revers: Gekroond wapenschild op een Bourgondisch kruis tussen twee vuurijzers. Kras op vz. Zeer Fraai à Prachtig. (county of Flanders, Philip II (1555-98), silver fifth écu Philippe of 1566, Bruges mint. Obverse: armored bust to left; reverse: crowned arms, over a Burgundian cross, between two briquets, collar of the Order of the Golden Fleece around. Scratch on the obverse, very fine to extremely fine.)"

This type represents a very early experiment with decimal coinage, over a century before Russia adopted her hundred kopeks = one ruble. We have similar examples from Gelderland, Overijssel, Brabant, Holland, Hainaut and Artois.
