This specimen was lot 76557 in Stack's Bowers Collectors Choice sale (Costa Mesa, CA, September 2024), where it sold for $930. The catalog description[1] noted, "IRAN. Qajar Dynasty. 1/2 Toman, AH 1327 (1909/10). Tehran Mint. Mohammad Ali Shah. NGC Unc Details--Obverse Scratch. While unfortunately scratched in the past, this 1/2 Toman displays good uncirculated details." This type was struck AH 1326-1327. This denomination was also struck in silver.
