This specimen was part of lot 2447 in Steve Album Auction 52 (Santa Rosa, CA, May 2025), which sold for $48. The catalog description[1] noted, "INDIA: Republic, 2-coin mint set, 2008(m), struck at the Mumbai Mint, commemorating the 300 Years of Gut-Ta-Gaddi of Shri Guru Granth Sahib, the installment of the Sikh sacred text as the eternal guru, depicting the Golden Temple in Amritsar, including 100 (silver) and 10 rupees, sealed in original booklet with paper sleeve; set of 2 coins." This design was struck at Hyderabad (star mintmark) and Mumbai (diamond or "M" for proofs). The set also contained a 100 rupees (KM 370). As of July 2025, 10 rupees = US$0.117.

Specification: 7.71 g, Bimetallic: copper-nickel center in aluminum bronze ring, 27.36 mm diameter.
