This was the only issue of this denomination. It accompanied a [[Solothurn 1826 batzen|one]], [[Solothurn 1826 2-1/2 batzen|2½]] and [[Solothurn 1826 5 batzen|five batzen]]. Five rappen made half a batzen or two kreuzer. Forty batzen made a thaler.
