This specimen was lot 31752 in Heritage sale 3029 (New York, January 2014), where it sold for $329. The catalog description[1] noted, "Carl IX Regent Fyrk 1601, MS61 NGC. A choice example of this rare type with aged toning and underlying luster. Variety with large crowns." This denomination was struck again 1627-29 then all traces of it disappear. We don't know what its face value was, likely some fraction of the öre, either one-sixth or one quarter.
