This specimen was lot 33265 in Heritage sale 3073 (Chicago, April 2019), where it sold for $900. The catalog description[1] noted, "George I 5 Lepta 1878-K MS64 Brown NGC, Bordeaux mint. Currently tied for the second finest certified by NGC, and profusely toned with a rainbow of iridescence that leaves remarkably little wanting. From the Costas Chionis Collection." This type is listed for 1878-79 and 1882 and is one of the few issues of nineteenth century Greece that is common. This product of the Bordeaux mint was accompanied by bronze one lepton, two and ten lepta, all struck to French standards. King George ruled 1863-1913.
