This specimen was lot 75384 in Stack's Bowers Collectors Choice Online Auction (Costa Mesa, CA, February 2025), where it sold for $264. The catalog description[1] noted, "GREECE. 5 Lepta, 1879-A. Paris Mint. George I. PCGS Genuine--Cleaned, AU Details. KEY DATE for the type." King George ruled 1863-1913. This is the scarcest of the three dates, 1878, 1879 and 1882. It is accompanied by a ten lepta (KM 55). Very common in worn condition, it is rare choice.
