Sincona sale 54, lot 934

This specimen was lot 934 in Sincona sale 54 (Zurich, May 2019), where it sold for 1,000 CHF (about US$1,190 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,

"PORTUGAL | Königreich, João II. 1481-1495. Cruzado o. J. Lissabon. Gutes sehr schön. Kleine Randfehler. (kingdom of Portugal, John II, 1481-95, undated cruzado, Lisbon mint. Good very fine, Minor edge faults.)"

This is the only gold coin of this ruler not astronomically priced.
