This type was struck 1892-97 at Utrecht. This date is somewhat scarce. It features the queen as a young girl under the regency of her mother. This specimen was lot 3102 in Sincona sale 20 (Zurich, October 2014), where it did not sell. The catalog description[1] noted, "10 Cents 1896. Vorzüglich-FDC. (extremely fine to uncirculated.)"
Recorded mintage: 2,000,000.
