This specimen was lot 5916 in Goldberg sale 72 (Los Angeles, February 2013), where it sold for $57.50. The catalog description[2] noted, "Netherlands. 25 Cents, 1905. Wilhelmina I. Light attractive toning. NGC graded AU-58." This coin has about the same amount of silver as a dime but being only .640 fine, is rather larger. The purchaser of this lot obtained a bargain as this type is scarce in nice condition. It was issued 1898-1906.
