This specimen was lot 23065 in Stack's Bowers NYINC sale (New York, January 2018), where it sold for $960. The catalog description[1] noted, "GREAT BRITAIN. Farthing, 1934. NGC PROOF-64 RD. Mirrored fields and slightly mellowed red color." All the bronze farthings of George V are basically similar with a slight modification of the kings bust in 1926 dividing KM 808.2 from the KM 825 shown here. This date is common in all grades tho the proofs are rare.

Recorded mintage: 3,053,000 plus proofs.

Specification: 2.80 g, bronze, 20 mm diameter.
