This specimen was lot 22571 in Stack's Bowers ANA sale (Chicago, August 2019), where it sold for $70. The catalog description[1] noted, "FRANCE. 5 Euro, 2007. NGC PROOF-70 Ultra Cameo. Struck to commemorate the 5th anniversary of the Euro. Brilliant with hard mirror fields and frosted cameo devices." This desigh was used on several five euro of 2007: KM 1523 (silver, 22.2 g), KM 1524 (silver, 5 oz), KM 1525 (shown here) and KM 1526 (gold, 1 oz). This one seems to be the most available. Euro coinage with a face value over two euro are not legal tender outside their country of issue.
