This ''quinto'' was struck 1888-1917 in Lima, [[Peru]]. Most dates are readily available but 1914, 1915 and 1917 are scarce. The type was replaced by a copper-nickel twenty centavos in 1918. An earlier type, with a slightly different figure of seated Liberty, was struck 1863-75 (KM 191).
