This specimen was lot 24613 in Stack's Bowers NYINC sale (Newport Beach, CA, January 2021), where it sold for $192. The catalog description[1] noted, "SWITZERLAND. Zurich. 5 Schillings, 1783. NGC MS-63. SCARCE in this condition. A decently struck coin with satiny luster and a hint of light toning." This type was struck 1783-84 and was the only issue of this denomination in the eighteenth century. In one part of the SCWC, 20 schilling = half gulden; in another part, one gulden = 36 schilling. We are baffled.
