(Switzerland, city and canton of Zug, one-sixth assis of 1748, Zug mint. Obverse: indented arms between "Z V G"; reverse: value between branches. Rare, Good Very Fine.)"
The SCWC lists this type for 1747-52, 1756-57, 1761-67. Like many low denomination coins, it is common in low grade but rare in choice condition, no contemporaries thinking it worth hoarding. It was equal to the angster (1/600 thaler).
Recorded mintage: unknown.
Specification: 0.2 g, billon, 12 mm diameter, this specimen 0.21 g.
