This specimen was lot 71390 in Stack's Bowers Collector's Choice sale (Costa Mesa, CA, June 2022), where it sold for $80. The catalog description[1] noted, "GREAT BRITAIN. Trade Tokens. Yorkshire. Hull. Copper 1/2 Penny Token, 1791. NGC AU-58. Edge:PAYABLE AT THE WAREHOUSE OF IONATHAN GARTON & CO. Deep violet-brown surfaces, with just the slightest degree of gentle handling upon the high points."
